Hi, I’m Dr. Cristina Manea—your orthodontist and neighbor in Vancouver. My path began in Bucharest, where I earned my dental degree from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy with a full academic scholarship and a merit-based yearly stipend. After graduation, I worked as a pediatric dentist, an experience that sharpened my gentle, detail-oriented approach. I later continued my training at UCLA, completing both my Orthodontic Residency and a Master’s in Oral Biology, where I received top-tier education and hands-on clinical training  managing a diverse range of cases.Today, I love partnering with kids, teens, and adults to create healthy, beautiful smiles that feel authentically YOU.

A few fun facts: I grew up competing in professional junior tennis, which taught me discipline and a love for steady progress (perfect for orthodontics!) and I’m fluent in three languages. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me on the tennis court, out in nature, or cooking for friends—and at home with my favorite teammates: my husband, Alex, and our newborn son, Luca, whom we welcomed this September.
